Real Estate Associate Attorney

Ryan Swanson is seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join our real estate practice. The ideal candidate will have two to five years of transactional real estate law experience, including negotiation and drafting of purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, financing documentation and title review. The successful candidate will also possess excellent research, writing, and analytical skills, along with strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities. Candidates should hold a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to a state bar. The annual salary range is $132,000 – $185,000 depending upon years of experience.  Large to mid-sized law firm experience is preferred.  We offer a dynamic work environment, mentoring, and excellent benefits package here.
