Please join us for the 2020 PHIILIP L. BURTON MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP FUNDRAISER.

The May 8th dinner has been canceled, but LMBA still aims to involve Representative Karen Bass, the intended keynote speaker, if her schedule allows. Congresswoman Bass, who represents the California 37th District, is the current chair of the Black Congressional Congress.
