William Covington

William Covington is a Teaching Professor at the University of Washington School of Law where he directs the Technology Law and Public Policy Clinic (Clinic). The Clinic offers interested students the opportunity to study new technologies and the policies which govern their development and use. A graduate of New York University (1973) and the University of Michigan School of Law (1977) Professor Covington has been with UW Law since 2003. Prior to joining UW Law Professor Covington served as regulatory counsel for Group W Cable and McCaw Cellular Communications.
